Priprava površine
Beton, ki ga je treba obdelati, mora biti star vsaj dvanajst tednov, popolnoma suh in brez površinskega mleka, kontaminantov in kakršnih koli prejšnjih slabo vezanih premazov.
Vse sledi maščobe ali olja je treba odstraniti z emulgirajočim razmaščevalcem, območje pa temeljito sprati in pustiti, da se posuši.
Za temeljni premaz uporabite epoksidno smolo Resi4Decor.
Mešanje
Razmerje Metallic Epoxy Resin4Decor je 100:50:6
Z vrtalnikom in mešalno lopatico zmešajte naslednje.
Opomba: Če uporabljate vrtalni mešalnik, uporabite nizko hitrost (ne sme preseči 300 vrt/min), da preprečite ujetje zraka.
Del A predhodno mešajte s kovinsko komponento 7 minut. Pustite stati najmanj 5-10 minut, da pomagate odstraniti morebitni vmešan zrak.
Dodajte del B in mešajte še 5 minut.
Metallic Epoxy Resin4DEcor je zasnovan za takojšnje vlivanje na tla. Če zmešan izdelek pustite v posodi, se bo čas uporabnosti močno skrajšal. Ko se izlije na tla, lahko na splošno pričakujemo do 45-60 minut delovnega časa.
Aplikacija
Optimalna temperatura okolja med nanašanjem naj bo med 15-25°C.
Opomba: Na čas strjevanja vplivata temperatura okolja in plošče. Temperature 15 °C in nižje lahko upočasnijo čas strjevanja. Temperature 25°C in višje bodo pospešile delo in čas.
Nanašajte pri približno 2 m2/kg tako, da takoj izlijete zmešani material v valovitem traku med hojo in istočasno zlijete, dokler vedro ni prazno.
Z brisalom na palici povlecite kovinski epoksi Resin4Decor čez področja, ki jih želite premazati.
Z valjčkom za barvanje s 3/8” fenolnim (plastičnim) jedrom, ki ne pušča, nanesite premaz naprej in nazaj.
Epoksi bo sam stekel in oblikoval svoj edinstven videz.
