Příprava povrchu
Ošetřovaný beton musí být minimálně dvanáct týdnů starý, zcela suchý a bez povrchového mléka, nečistot a jakýchkoli předchozích špatně přilnavých nátěrů.
Všechny stopy mastnoty nebo oleje je třeba odstranit emulgačním odmašťovacím prostředkem a místo důkladně omýt a nechat uschnout.
Pro základní nátěr použijte epoxidovou pryskyřici Resi4Decor.
Míchání
Poměr Metallic Epoxy Resin4Decor je 100:50:6
Smíchejte následující vrtačkou a míchací lopatkou.
Poznámka: Používáte-li vrtací mixér, používejte nízké otáčky (nesmí překročit 300 ot./min), abyste zabránili zachycení vzduchu.
Předmíchejte složku A s kovovou složkou po dobu 7 minut. Nechte odstát minimálně 5-10 minut, aby se uvolnil veškerý přimíchaný vzduch.
Přidejte složku B a míchejte dalších 5 minut.
Kovová epoxidová pryskyřice 4DEcor je určena k okamžitému nalití na podlahu. Ponechání smíchaného produktu v nádobě výrazně zkrátí dobu zpracovatelnosti. Po vylití na podlahu lze obecně očekávat až 45-60 minut pracovní doby.

Optimální okolní teplota během aplikace by měla být mezi 15-25°C.
Poznámka: Doba vytvrzování je ovlivněna okolní teplotou a teplotou desky. Teploty 15°C a nižší mohou zpomalit dobu vytvrzování. Teploty 25°C a vyšší urychlí práci a časy.
Aplikujte v množství přibližně 2 m2/kg tak, že za chůze okamžitě vysypete smíchaný materiál ve zvlněné stuze a současně nalijete, dokud není kbelík prázdný.
Pomocí stěrky na tyči přetáhněte Resin4Decor Metallic Epoxy přes oblasti, které chcete natřít.
Pomocí 3/8” neloupaného fenolického (plastového) malířského válečku nanášejte válečkem dopředu a dozadu.
