Preparazione della superficie
Il calcestruzzo da trattare deve avere almeno dodici settimane, completamente asciutto ed esente da lattime superficiali, contaminanti ed eventuali precedenti rivestimenti poco aderenti.
Tutte le tracce di grasso o olio devono essere rimosse con uno sgrassante emulsionante e l'area deve essere lavata accuratamente e lasciata asciugare.
Utilizzare la resina epossidica Resi4Decor per il primer.
Miscelazione
Il rapporto tra Resina Epossidica Metallica e Decor è 100:50:6
Mescolare quanto segue con un trapano e una pala mescolatrice.
Nota: se si utilizza un trapano miscelatore, utilizzare una velocità bassa (non superiore a 300 giri/min) per evitare l'intrappolamento di aria.
Premiscelare la Parte A con la componente metallica per 7 minuti. Lasciare riposare per almeno 5-10 minuti per favorire la fuoriuscita dell'aria mescolata.
Aggiungere la Parte B e mescolare per altri 5 minuti.
Metallic Epoxy Resin4DEcor è progettato per essere immediatamente versato sul pavimento. Lasciare il prodotto miscelato nel contenitore ridurrà notevolmente la durata della miscela. Una volta versato sul pavimento si possono generalmente prevedere fino a 45-60 minuti di tempo di lavorazione.
Applicazione
La temperatura ambiente ottimale dovrebbe essere compresa tra 15 e 25°C durante l'applicazione.
Nota: i tempi di polimerizzazione sono influenzati dalla temperatura ambiente e dalla temperatura della lastra. Temperature pari o inferiori a 15°C possono rallentare i tempi di polimerizzazione. Temperature pari o superiori a 25°C accelerano il lavoro ed i tempi.
Applicare in ragione di circa 2 m2/kg versando immediatamente il materiale miscelato in un nastro ondulato camminando e versando contemporaneamente fino allo svuotamento del secchio.
Usando una spatola su un'asta, tirare Resin4Decor Metallic Epoxy sulle aree da rivestire.
Utilizzando un rullo di vernice con nucleo fenolico (plastica) anti-dispersione da 3/8", arrotolare il rivestimento avanti e indietro.
La resina epossidica scorrerà e formerà da sola il suo aspetto unico.
