Preparación de la superficie
El hormigón a tratar debe tener al menos doce semanas de antigüedad, estar completamente seco y libre de lechadas superficiales, contaminantes y revestimientos previos mal adheridos.
Todo rastro de grasa o aceite debe eliminarse con un desengrasante emulsionante y la zona debe lavarse minuciosamente y dejarse secar.
Utilice resina epoxi Resi4Decor como capa de imprimación.
Mezclando
La proporción de Resina Epoxi Metálica4Decor es 100:50:6
Mezcle lo siguiente con un taladro y una paleta mezcladora.
Nota: Si utiliza un taladro mezclador, utilice una velocidad baja (que no exceda las 300 rpm) para evitar que quede aire atrapado.
Premezcle la parte A con el componente metálico durante 7 minutos. Deje reposar durante un mínimo de 5 a 10 minutos para ayudar a escapar el aire mezclado.
Agregue la Parte B y mezcle por otros 5 minutos.
Metallic Epoxy Resin4DEcor está diseñado para ser vertido inmediatamente sobre el piso. Dejar el producto mezclado en el recipiente reducirá en gran medida la vida útil. Una vez vertido en el suelo, generalmente se puede esperar entre 45 y 60 minutos de tiempo de trabajo.
Solicitud
La temperatura ambiente óptima debe estar entre 15 y 25 °C durante la aplicación.
Nota: Los tiempos de curado se ven afectados por la temperatura ambiente y de la losa. Las temperaturas de 15°C y menos pueden retrasar los tiempos de curado. Temperaturas de 25°C y superiores acelerarán el trabajo y los tiempos.
Aplique aproximadamente 2 m2/kg vertiendo inmediatamente el material mezclado en una cinta ondulada mientras camina y vierte al mismo tiempo hasta que el balde esté vacío.
Usando una escobilla de goma en un poste, pase Resin4Decor Metallic Epoxy sobre las áreas a recubrir.
Usando un rodillo de pintura con núcleo fenólico (plástico) que no se desprenda de 3/8”, pase el revestimiento hacia adelante y hacia atrás.
El epoxi fluirá y formará su propia apariencia única por sí solo.
